We need to tell the judges a story.
We need to picture ourselves IN the story.
We need to convince them of our story, through our emotions.
Without that, our song, our efforts will just be washed away.
The enthusiasm we portray on stage speaks very much about the whole orchestra.
What do you think?
" 'GOLD' there was a stunned silence. Then the tears came. Tears of JOY, tears of relief, tears that speak volume. It was at this moment in time that each and everyone of us knew deep down, though we may not show it sometimes, are proud to be a member of the CHIJ St Nicholas Chinese Orchestra."
Yes, this must be the kind of scenario we should be yearning for. It's not as easy as it seems. It needs ALOT of hardwork and practices.
What's the use of going for CO practices if YOU do not have a passion for it?
What's the point of Liu Lao Shi to keep coming every Thursday if we do not put in our efforts??
What should we do as a member of SNCO?
We need to keep trying and NOT give up.
We need to prove it to the judges that hey, we ARE capable of achieving Gold with Honours.
SNCO, believe this, with hard work and perseverance, we CAN make it, together.
